Hi, I’m Lexi.

I’m Lexi Wolfe, founder of Resolved. I create space for honest exploration of the root causes and dynamics beneath workplace challenges. My approach is grounded in curiosity and candor. I work with leaders, individuals, and teams to move beyond surface-level fixes, uncover the deeper dynamics driving conflict, and shape strategies that lead to lasting, meaningful resolution.

My Focus

I bring a research-informed, results-oriented perspective to conflict resolution. My focus is on strategies that work in practice — not just in theory — and that you can apply right away. I respect my clients’ time and energy, so I focus on options that are going to get the desired outcome in the most straightforward and effective manner possible.

  • 10+ years in conflict management and Ombuds roles across federal agencies, private sector, nonprofits, healthcare, and research settings; designed and delivered 100+ trainings for thousands of participants on a range of topics.

    • Certified Organizational Ombuds Practitioner (COOP®), International Ombuds Association (IOA)
